Dear Family and Friends:
Thank you so very much for your on going support and prayers. It has been a while since we have sent an update on what is happening. It has been a busy month!
In September, we had our annual Brenna Engle Foundation Board meeting. We are pleased to announce we have a new board member. We elected Carrie Rynders. She is the owner of STAGECOACH TRAILS GUEST RANCH, in Yucca Arizona. This is the ranch where we have been visiting once or twice a year since Brenna was born. Brenna had been to this ranch 4 times before she died After she died, they planted a tree in her memory and put up several pictures of her. Rich and I just returned from another wonderful trip there ( my 10th visit there since 2002!)
We are presently in the process of setting up a Web Site for The Brenna Engle Foundation. We hope to get it up and running soon and will send another update when we have it finished.
Brenna's Home presently has 4 girls living there. In September, Pastor Buccio and two other men from The Hyde Park Baptist Church made a trip to Ukraine. Hyde Park Baptist Church supports the Tabitha program and many of the other ministries in Ukraine. We were able to send over several months of financial support for The Brenna Home with them. They returned with many wonderful pictures, stories, and updates on the ministries there from their trip.
Yana is the newest member in Brenna's Home. She is a 16 year old who had been coming to the Tabitha program for quite a while. Yulia,( the 5 year old) and Halla and Katia are still there as well. We are very pleased to attach a few pictures from when Halla recently was baptized .This is a big event in Ukraine and we are very proud of Halla for this most important accomplishment.
